Vivamea.com’s purpose is to help you transform the way you live your work-life-health balance today. As most of us can learn to drive a car, our experience shows that we can also learn to “drive” ourselves.
The e-magazine is aimed to be a perfect awareness builder of your basic needs through articles, easy-to-use educational tips & tools and webinars to engage you to take self-actions to overcome your work-life-health issues.
Our profound understanding is that people who operate on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels are more healthy and integrated in how they feel, behave, think and perform. They have available to them physical resources, mental competence and a behavioural power to act.
