Meet Chris Christiansson, Program Director 
Vivamea's Program Director, Chris Christiansson, also the founder of the program "Mastering Personal Dynamics," is a lecturer of international standing. He was a director and a consultant in marketing and sales promotion for multinational companies before he established motivation camps for corporations in the Swiss Alps.

He is the driving force behind the "Vivamea" product line and its team, focusing principally on helping people "live their life," sustain high performance, live up to their personal potential and maintain a "healthy dynamic and long life."
 

Chris's knowledge is unique having had experience in applied behavioral physiology, conducting workshops and individually coaching top corporate executives. He is also supported by a team of specialists. Having worked for 20 years with executive health coaching and corporate Work-Self-Health balance programs, he has collected a multi-year databank of executive assessments and life-balance test results which are the base for the Vivamea Work-Self-Health Inventory.

He is highly praised for his energy-enhancing and stress-tolerance coaching methods for multinational executives. His aim is now to accomplish a doctorate in behavioral physiology through further research and academic validation of the MPD and Vivamea Program. He also collaborates with The Mind/Body Medical Institute at Harvard Medical School and The Better Physiology Institute.

He is writing a book "The road map to Self-Coaching" and regularly presents keynote presentations, conferences and full-day customized seminars and training programs.

20 years of coaching executives and managers from different countries in different languages has given Chris a unique customer focus.
