As I read the intriguing and enticing invitation in the logistical email I had just received, I realized that the Vivamea and Tack event I was about to attend was something different.  And so I set off with a sense of both excitement and slight trepidation to meet with Vivamea and TACK trainers Chris Christianson and Anna-Maria Pepin for a night and a day of Stress and Self-Management training in Leukerbad.
