Vivamea for Executives |
| Vivamea for Executives is an individual Work-Self-Health program tailored to your needs over one ore two 12-week periods. It includes intensive blended learning adapted to your daily routines and supported by active coaching sessions within the areas mentioned below. You will learn many new skills and relearn some you’ve forgotten. You will be challenged by our team of specialists to recognize and overcome different issues. You will quickly benefit from the power of the program. |

Through the Vivamea for Executives Program, you will gain awareness, focus and understanding around your Work-Self-Health challenges and be empowered to change them.
You will learn how to develop and implement your own winning 'Living' strategy by focusing on yourself, your life roles, your health, your current mind-body resources, and reflecting on your personal, private and professional relationships. You will become motivated, energized and confident with your new knowledge.

The program is based on a highly personalized integrated holistic approach to optimize work performance, quality of life and health.
The coaching is conducted by an experienced executive coach/advisor on work-self-health themes assisted by a personal health trainer, other specific skilled coaches, and when needed, a medical doctor together with other specialists to optimize the program results. The coaching varies from intensive face-to-face sessions, mini skills learning workshops, physical training sessions and the powerful walking&talking sessions.

Fees

- If needed, medical checkups charged directly to Caisse Maladie
Additional fees:
- Fee for the Health Club of your choice
