How the Vivamea Campus adds value to your business
The Vivamea Campus is the platform that contains the Vivamea Navigator, the program that helps individuals to take charge and navigate through their work, self and health with support from a coach over a three to twelve-month period involves online learning, initial coaching feedback by phone followed by two 20 minutes phone sessions per month. This is also supported by weekly email situation reviews to help the client to stay on track, provide reading material, and monitor growth and progress with their plan of action between the phone calls.
The Vivamea Navigator can be adapted to groups and teams and has an additional component, the Snapshot, which orchestrates people’s performance, provides management with a picture of their organization and tells them what to do.

As a Vivamea affiliate
You, as a coach and advisor, are a sounding board to your clients, supporting them in their life and validating their thoughts and needs. You

How long is the coaching process between coach and client?
Some people reach their objectives within 6 months while others need a year or more. The recommended starting period is 6-9 months and then we suggest clients stay on as long as they wish as the Vivamea Campus has an integrated “Dashboard” that illustrates their achieved goals and how far they still need to go to reach their other objectives.
Vivamea’s three basic programs
1. The Vivamea Navigator: a web-based personal performance, self-actualization, and wellbeing program
This program consists of the following interactive steps:
- My Profile and objectives
- The Vivamea Inventory evaluating a person’s present work, self, and health state with educational feedback and a risk profile
- Personal reviews with an online coach to develop a plan of action
- Professional Performance Review with their organization
- Progress Manager including 6 situation reviews with an online coach to implement and achieve set goals
- Gain and Change follow-up
- MyDashboard for sustainability
The Vivamea Performance Navigator is an option for corporations. It has all the benefits of the Navigator with the additional advantage of being incorporated into the organization’s Performance Appraisal Review Process.
2. The Dashboard: a dashboard keeps a plane on target; it shows the client’s present status and his ultimate goals. The Dashboard browser pops up showing the client’s 6 basic indicators as well as his monthly goals. Every 4 weeks, the client adapts his 6 basic indicators as well as his monthly goals. The Dashboard automatically provides feedback and recommendations related to his status.
3. The Vivamea Group Navigator: a group program conducted for a corporate group of up to 25 people including:
- The Inspirational Workshop – a 2 ½ hour lunch workshop as a kick off to inspire and give the basics around the program.
- Snapshot - a powerful tool that maps a group or organization’s current status and advises management on what additional steps are to be taken.
- The 6 Basic Principles Workshops - to develop specific competencies and skills in 6 basic areas supported by “situation reviews” and group coaching with particular focus on individuals’ needs and specific questions.
- The Vivamea Navigator - online individual focus.
How much will I earn?
As a certified coach, you can have between 4-8 corporate clients a year and about 10 private clients a month. You will earn between € 250 to 500.- a month per private client whereas for a corporate client, you can earn €10,000 - €25,000 per group of 10 to 25 people. All your clients and you have access to the Vivamea Campus, the Vivamea Navigator as well as your 4mycoach blog.
When you work with corporate groups your earning structure is different and requires some additional training.
Network of coaches for your benefit
More and more clients want to have an online coach.
People have issues or problems that they don’t want to divulge. Therefore, they may prefer to look for online services that can provide this anonymity and confidentiality. Once people have reached their first goal and worked on their Dashboard, they will feel ready for the next step to deepen their abilities to manage their work, the way they develop themselves and their health.
Therefore our international network of affiliated coaches will be a double advantage for you:
- The affiliated partner network has a number of specialists in different field that adds advantages to a client. You can be one of them. Clients who want to deepen their knowledge in your area of expertise contact you directly which brings you additional business.
- All referrals between affiliated partners generate a commission to the initiator. This creates long lasting fidelity with our mutual clients and more revenue for you.
Active marketing with a powerful tracking system
Whenever a visitor logs on to the Vivamea Campus and shows interest in your field of expertise and lives near your geographical location, s/he signs in directly to your 4mycoach, which will give you his/her contact data so that you can directly work on closing the sale.
Simplified administrative work for you and your customers
We will help you with the administrative work; we will make it safe and easy for online customers to obtain the best security. It is better for you to work under our umbrella in relation to credibility and being part of a large international community than a local practitioner.
How you will get paid
To keep admin simple and to give you your money as quickly as possible, we will ask customers to use Paypal or credit cards and we, in turn, will pay you via Paypal when we collect the money.
You will receive your earnings every month and we will deduct a monthly administrative fee of 7%. Alternatively, you can set up your own payment system with your customers.
What do I have to pay to get trained and become a Certified Vivamea Affiliate?
First Experience the Vivamea Navigator by accessing the platform like a client with full feedback and recommendations on your own results and a one2one coaching session over the phone at a special price of € 250.-
Then, when you are satisfied and want to continue, we will start the certification process.
- You pay a onetime affiliation fee of € 3,500.- which includes your 4mycoach website, the 5-day training to “make your business a success with Vivamea,” “operate the Vivamea Navigator” and experience the 6 Basic Principles
- For individual coaching support, we will help you with your first 5 customers, deducting 50% of the revenue generated.
- For corporate training we support your on-site with additional training and implementation of your first 3 corporate customers in order to help you get experience at selling, taking full advantage of the system and coaching individuals on work, self and health issues which will add a lot of value to your business. You pay a fixed fee and travel expenses for our program director to assist you when conducting the training for your client.
- Then, you only pay a net fee per user for the Vivamea Navigator of € 140.- the first year (with a discount after 500 users). The user price decreases to € 60.- for the Dashboard in the second year. Your added coaching service is your direct profit.
